Cancellation Policy
✅ A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
✅ Deposits are applied to services unless you no-show or cancel, in which case the deposit is forfeited.
✅ If you reschedule more than twice consecutively, you must prepay 50% of service amount before the appointment.
✅ Services rendered, deposits, and product sales are non-refundable and final.
✅ No extra guests or children allowed.
✅ There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment.
