CANCELLATION POLICY
✅ A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. ✅ If cancellation/no show fee fails to be paid you will be banned from future bookings. ✅ Deposits are applied to services unless you no-show or cancel, in which case the deposit is forfeited. ✅ Services rendered, deposits, and product sales are non-refundable and final. ✅ No extra guests or children allowed, unless they are getting a service done. ✅ There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment.
